Privacy Policy — Strategy MCP

• Account information you provide when you create an account (such as email address and authentication details).
• Billing information processed by our payment provider (for example Stripe) when you subscribe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage information related to account access, subscription status, and product connection events needed to operate the service.
• Site analytics if enabled (pages visited, approximate location derived from IP, device/browser type). Exact analytics vendors may change; we will update this policy when material vendors change.

Strategy MCP runs as a remote MCP inside the AI host you choose. Content you generate inside your AI host is governed by that host’s policies as well as yours. We do not claim to read your private project files beyond what is required to operate the MCP connection you authorize.

• Provide and maintain your subscription and account.
• Process payments and cancellations.
• Send transactional messages (receipts, connect reminders, account notices).
• Improve reliability and security of the service.
• Comply with law when required.

We do not sell personal information.

We share information with processors who help us run the product (hosting, authentication, payment processing, email delivery) under agreements that limit use to providing their services. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We retain account and billing records as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes after cancelation.

• Update account email and cancel from your account page.
• Request access or deletion of account personal data by contacting us through the site contact path.

Strategy MCP is not directed to children under 16.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
