Terms of Service

Strategy MCP is a subscription tool operated by Pettipas Marketing (“we,” “us”). It runs as a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that your own AI coding agent (Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar) connects to. We do not run the AI model on your behalf - the server returns workflow instructions that your agent, using your own AI subscription, executes.

You need an account to use Strategy MCP. Your first full run through the strategy and copy workflow is free and does not require a card. After that, continued use requires an active paid subscription.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account is for one person - sharing a single login across a team is not permitted under these terms.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe, processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details ourselves. You can cancel anytime from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't offer partial-month refunds.

Use Strategy MCP for your own projects or client work you're authorized to do strategy work for. Don't attempt to circumvent usage limits or authentication, resell access, or use the service to build a directly competing product.

You own the strategy documents, copy, and other output generated for your projects. We don't claim rights to your project details or the content generated from them.

Strategy MCP is provided as-is. Generated strategy and copy are a starting point grounded in real methodology, not a guarantee of business outcomes - you're responsible for reviewing and adapting output before using it.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
