Terms of Service — Strategy MCP

Strategy MCP provides an ordered strategy-and-copy process delivered through a remote MCP you connect in a supported AI host. Output is strategy and copy guidance and documents — not custom application development, not legal advice, and not a guarantee of business results.

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

• First month: $15 USD.
• Ongoing: $29 USD per month after the first month unless canceled.
• One tier.
• Cancel anytime from your account page.
• No refunds. Your risk is the $15 first month and cancelation before month two.
• Prices are stated in USD. Taxes may apply where required.

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer beyond permitted law, or use outputs to violate others’ rights. Do not claim Strategy MCP endorses fabricated testimonials or unverified host support (including ChatGPT until we verify it).

You must maintain your own AI host subscription. Host policies, availability, and file persistence limits are outside our control. Docs may land in a project folder or as downloadable artifacts depending on the host.

We own Strategy MCP software, branding, and documentation we publish. You own your business content and the strategy/copy artifacts produced for your projects, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You grant us a limited license to process content as needed to operate the MCP connection you authorize.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, host compatibility on every platform, or any specific marketing outcome.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PETTIPAS MARKETING AND STRATEGY MCP ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST-PROFITS DAMAGES, OR FOR AMOUNTS EXCEEDING FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance. Material billing changes will be communicated through the site or account email where practical.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Pettipas Marketing’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your location provides otherwise.
